Architect | Interior Designer
An expert in architecture and interior design with over 12 years of experience in the premium and luxury segment. He has completed 71 projects, ranging from luxury apartments and country residences to modern commercial spaces. Andrey combines an individual approach, modern technologies and well-thought-out solutions to create projects in which every detail matters. Thanks to the implementation of project management systems, he has reduced construction time by 30%, optimised budgets by up to 25% and developed his own quality control standards.

Interior Designer
An interior designer with a unique vision and specialisation in creating modern, minimalist and functional spaces. Her projects combine aesthetics, technology and thoughtfulness, reflecting the individuality of each client. Ksenia takes a personalised approach to her work: the project begins with a deep understanding of the client's lifestyle and values, followed by the creation of concepts, visualisations and the selection of materials, allowing the future space to be seen at the idea stage. Project Manager
Elvis Amzaev is an experienced project manager specializing in the implementation of large infrastructure and development projects in Uzbekistan. Under his leadership, an airfield was built from scratch in the Karakalpak desert, the Adventure Camp residential complex consisting of 230 houses was erected, a private residence on 110 hectares with a bridge and a helipad was built, as well as multifunctional residential and commercial facilities. Elvis combines strategic planning with precise process management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high professional standard.
